Responsible to: Operations Manager
Responsible for: General administration support and accurate record keeping.
Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the completion of all administration tasks; this includes but is not limited to responding to emails and answering the phone
- Updating and maintaining accurate training records
- Support in the hiring and off-hiring of all plant equipment
- Keeping accurate records of plant equipment
- Raising purchase orders and general purchasing
- Booking accommodation for the installation team
- Inspection of PPE – Harness’s and Associated equipment
- Support in the maintenance and updating Hilti On Track System
- Other duties as instructed by Line Manager

- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under own initiative, to be proactive and work efficiently as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills
- Accurate with a good attention to detail
- A good level of spelling and grammar
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
